Replacement Policy (No Refunds)

    At Fokkey Bokkey, we aim to deliver products in perfect condition. Please read this Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order, as it forms an important part of our Terms & Conditions.

No Refund Policy

Fokkey Bokkey follows a strict no-refund and no-return policy. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Replacement is the only resolution offered and is applicable only in eligible cases mentioned below.

Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement is applicable only if the product received has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof

A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests. The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The entire unboxing process

  • The product condition and visible defect or damage

Replacement requests submitted without unboxing video proof will be automatically rejected, with no exceptions.

Time Limit for Raising a Request

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be considered under any circumstances.

Replacement Processing Time

Once a replacement request is approved after verification, the replacement product will be processed and dispatched within 7 to 15 business days, subject to product availability.

Non-Eligible Replacement Cases

Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Size selection issues or incorrect size ordered

  • Minor color or appearance variations due to lighting, screen settings, or AI-generated images used for display

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Used, washed, worn, or altered products

  • Missing original tags or packaging

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

Product Availability

Replacement is subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, Fokkey Bokkey reserves the right to offer an alternative product of similar value.

Shipping for Replacement

Replacement shipping will be handled by Fokkey Bokkey only for approved cases. No monetary compensation or refund will be provided in place of a replacement.

Right to Reject

Fokkey Bokkey reserves the right to approve or reject any replacement request after verification based on the evidence provided.
