Orders & Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy (No Refunds)

Fokkey Bokkey follows a strict no-refund and no-return policy. Replacement is provided only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery. A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory, and replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period or without valid video proof will not be accepted.

Approved replacements will be processed and dispatched within 7 to 15 business days, subject to product availability.

Non-Eligible Replacement Cases

Replacement will not be provided for size selection errors, minor color variations, differences caused by AI-generated images, customer-handling damage, used or washed products, or items returned without original tags and packaging.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Fokkey Bokkey shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Intellectual Property

4. Are size issues or color differences eligible for replacement?

No. Size selection errors and minor color variations due to lighting, screen display, or AI-generated images are not eligible for replacement.
